Adobe Flash Player Help

Last night, I installed/updated the most current version of Adobe Flash Player (Shockwave Flash 11.1.102.55) for the most current version of Mozilla Firefox. I also updated my version of Realplayer.
Now, when I try to watch any of my saved videos on Realplayer, Realplayer comes up with a message saying in so many words that I need to download the Flash Player. That I already downloaded.
Grrrrr. Anyway, Flash is enabled in Firefox so, I don't really know why this message is showing up. Help?
